The Swedish Glee Club typically performs 3-4 times a year. Our main concerts are our “Spring into Midsommar Concert” on the second Sunday in June and our Julmiddag Concert on the second Sunday in December.

No Spring or Christmas performances in 2020. A skeleton chorus of 16 singers produced an “not quite good” virtual recording of “Nu är det Jul igen! ”(Now, it’s Christmas again!) as our substitution for our 2020 Julmiddag Concert. The virtual recording was tremendously difficult to pull off within the parameters of Covid restrictions and internet discrepancies.
Annual WAUKEGAN WINTER CHORAL FESTIVAL
Established in 2013. No performances in 2021 through 2024 as the Festival has been postponed for the present time. Planning for the 9th Annual Winter Choral Festival in February of 2025 has begun. Previously performed: 2020-Selections by Eleanor Daly, Jeffrey Cobb, Moses Hogan, David Moore, and others; 2019-Selections bySelections by Mark Hayes, Erik Whitaker, and others. 2018-Morten Lauridsen's Lux Aeterna; 2017-Vivaldi's Gloria. 2016-Schubert's Mass in G; 2015-Faure’s Requiem; 2014-Handel's Chandos Anthems; 2013-Hayden's Gloria.
